Job :

Reporting to the Head of the Human Resources Development Department, your responsibilities are:

  • Participate in defining and implementing the training policy in collaboration with the Head of the Human Resources Development Department and the Human Resources Director.
  • Analyze training needs reported by the managers of the Groupe Smeia entities.
  • Prepare the draft of the annual training plan and its related budget, and submit them for approval by authorized personnel.
     
  • Monitor the implementation of the approved training plan.
     

Required profile :

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience in a similar role.
