Missions:
- Manage purchase requests and receipts, track invoicing, and handle disputes with suppliers (purchasing process, Ofusion tool, internal DATSI tools).
- Track and invoice travel expenses and off-hours activities for all external resources.
- Support and assist various stakeholders (suppliers, purchasing department, operational managers).
- Ensure the management repository for orders and resources is accurate, updated regularly, and reliable.
- Analyze various data to produce activity forecasts, contribute to accounting closings, and improve supplier relations.
Required profile :
The Order Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the IT resource purchasing process (time and materials, fixed price).
