The Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Education " APEE ", a non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility, which manages the " Mohammed VI Excellence High School ", the " Excellence High School of Rabat " and the " Green Development Professions Training Center (CFMDV) ", has the mission to promote excellence in education for Moroccan students from diverse social backgrounds and to facilitate access to prestigious grandes écoles and universities nationally and internationally.

The Green Development Professions Training Center (CFMDV) is responsible for training in green development professions and ensuring training adapted to the industrial ecosystem. It offers three types of training: BTS, continuing, qualifying and certifying training, as well as programs for trainer training.

GENERAL MISSION

The Finance and Management Control Officer's mission is to contribute to the financial performance of the institution by ensuring the reliability of accounting and financial data, in compliance with current standards and regulations, while optimizing processes and providing analytical support for decision-making.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Ensure the transcription, verification, and processing of all accounting and financial operations of the CFMDV and verify their consistency with supporting documents;
• Monitor treasury movements daily, anticipate needs, and optimize cash management;
• Prepare payments (checks, bank transfers, cash payments...);
• Establish, monitor, and reconcile bank statements;
• Ensure periodic financial reporting;
• Participate in budget preparation;
• Ensure compliance with budget management procedures;
• Contribute to the implementation of management control tools and processes;
• Set up and maintain management accounting;
• Prepare and monitor dashboards and key KPIs periodically;
• Participate in year-end closing procedures;
• Prepare regulatory tax declarations and ensure compliance with current obligations;
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for accounting and financial verifications, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards;
• Monitor developments in accounting and tax regulations;
 

Required profile :

PROFILE

• Diploma of at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), specializing in accounting, finance, or a related field;
• Previous professional experience in accounting of more than 3 years;
• Mastery of accounting standards;
• Mastery of SAP software;
• Strong analytical skills.
