Job :

We are looking for an Administrative Management Officer whose tasks will be:

  • Ensure the selling price according to the price list and the approved price 
  • Ensure the existence of all documents before invoicing (Purchase order, sales contract, National ID, insurance delegation……) 
  • Ensure payment before invoicing, etc... 
  • Follow up on certificates of conformity and customs clearance
  • Ensure the control and signature of the registration file
  • Enter data into the system, send and/or submit registration files, within deadlines, to various registration centers or credit institutions, etc...

Required profile :

Holder of at least a BAC+2 (2-year higher education degree) in Economics/Management with 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a similar role
