Job :

Context:

• CORAIL is the project for the Convergence of Logistics Processes and Applications for the upstream part of the Logistics chain: all flows contributing to the availability of parts on the manufacturing lines of production sites and their optimization.
• This information system is being deployed across all of the group's manufacturing sites, mainly the OV (Opel Vauxhall) subsidiaries.
• The major difference with the systems CORAIL is replacing (such as HERMES, MAESTRO, PEGASE...) is, in addition to the cross-site standardization (PSA and OV) that is taking place, a focus on flows (internal and external) rather than just stock management.

Mission:

• As part of the CORAIL project and the deployment of the information system in OPEL and PSA factories, under the guidance of the CORAIL Deployment Project Manager (PPIT entity within the DSC of the PSA group), the Business Process Convergence Pilot's mission is:
• To prepare all the logistics data to be integrated into CORAIL at the time of the switch to production (Purchasing, Quality, Packaging, Distribution data).
• To maintain constant contact with the Factory and partner departments to retrieve missing data (managing blocking points, facilitating, escalating issues).
• Activities to simplify and converge Excel and Access tools used for data migration (identifying or anticipating needs, development, writing user guides, making them available, daily management of tools).

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac +5)
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Independent and in-depth use of Excel (including VBA)
• Autonomy in using Access
• Meeting facilitation skills
• Writing skills
• Good interpersonal skills (following up with partners), initiative-taking
• Knowledge of the general principles of the Automotive Supply Chain
• Proficiency in English (independent)
