Job :
Main tasks:
Provide technical support to the company's users.
Manage and update IT equipment and the network.
Install and deploy workstations according to IT standards.
Follow up on IT requests and needs with the purchasing department until delivery.
Technical environment: Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, GLPI, Sage X3.
Required profile :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support.
Required qualities: Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, with a service-oriented mindset.
