Job :
Manage foreign currency positions and hedging operations:
•Oversee daily import/export foreign currency positions
•Manage documentation and tracking of hedging operations (hedging instruments, maturities, settlements)
•Continuously monitor foreign exchange market developments and reference rates
•Propose strategies to optimize foreign exchange hedging
Manage import/export documentary credits:
•Track and process import documentary credits (raw sugar purchases) and export documentary credits (Sugar, Molasses)
•Coordinate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Export departments for the documentary compliance of international operations
•Ensure timely settlement of foreign currency payments according to negotiated deadlines and current regulations
Ensure compliance of treasury operations:
•Formalize and update treasury procedures
•Ensure compliance with regulations from the Foreign Exchange Office, Bank Al-Maghrib, and the Group's internal procedures
•Document and justify all treasury operations
•Identify and prevent fraud risks in treasury operations and international transactions
•Contribute to the Group's certification and rating processes
Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects:
•Involve in cross-functional projects (company projects...)
•Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects within your department
Required profile :
Job Requirements:
•Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in International Finance, Treasury, or equivalent
•Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
