ORH Assessment, a subsidiary of the LMS ORH group, is a recruitment consulting firm that also offers Assessment services and manages the organization of competitions for major public and private companies.
1. In-depth analysis of files and study strategy
• Examine tender files (public and private) and identify critical or high-stakes points
• Analyze architectural, technical, environmental, and economic constraints
• Evaluate technical and contractual risks of the project and propose suitable response strategies
• Participate in study launch meetings with the Sales Department, the Pricing Engineering Department Manager, and the
Methods Department
• Ensure technical coordination of studies from the consultation phase
2. Execution and supervision of pricing studies
• Define technical and economic assumptions for costing
• Perform detailed measurements and quantities or supervise those carried out by technicians
• Cost direct and indirect expenses: materials, labor, subcontracting, equipment, lifting, logistics
• Integrate costs related to safety, access, and phasing constraints
• Validate the overall consistency of the costing and the accuracy of the assumptions made
• Verify the compliance of studies with DTUs, Eurocodes, and applicable regulations
• Make decisions between different technical and financial options
3. Development and validation of offers
• Construct the most competitive economic and technical offers
• Write technical memorandums, risk analyses, and economic justifications
• Consolidate price lists and verify quotation forms before submitting the offer
• Participate in offer presentations to the client or the contracting authority
• Ensure consistency between the technical offer and contractual requirements
• Ensure that proposals integrate safety, quality, and site feasibility principles
4. Coordination and cross-functional support
• Coordinate interactions between the Pricing Engineering Department, the Methods Department, Purchasing, and Operations
• Monitor technicians' studies and verify the quality and consistency of their deliverables
• Participate in the implementation of technical variants approved by the Methods and Operations departments
• Act as the technical and economic point of contact for complex offers
• Represent the Pricing Studies Department in inter-departmental or coordination meetings
5. Knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement
• Formalize and disseminate lessons learned from completed studies and realized projects
• Feed the database of ratios and unit prices
• Identify technical and economic market trends
• Propose optimizations for costing processes, tools, or methodologies
• Participate in training and support for new study engineers or technicians
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, Building Envelope
• Proven mastery of pricing study tools and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of the facades, cladding, and waterproofing sector
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive the offer strategy
