Missions and Responsibilities :
Assigned to the Market BU, we are looking for a General Services Officer whose main role is to provide support to the stores.
- Carry out a diagnosis of general services needs;
- Supervise and monitor various maintenance, upkeep, and any new installation work;
- Responsible for the proper functioning of installations, equipment, and others;
- Understand the company's overall strategy and especially the cost reduction objectives for general services;
- Ensure the follow-up of repairs for service vehicles;
- Ensure the purchase of fuel cards and toll cards.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Hold a Bac+3 degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to drive the performance of the activity within its scope and monitor indicators.
- Ability to negotiate contractual and promotional purchase terms.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and good interpersonal skills.
