Missions and Responsibilities:
Assigned to the Hyper Business Unit, we are looking for a General Services Officer whose main role is to provide support to stores.
*Conduct a diagnosis of needs in terms of general services;
*Supervise and monitor various maintenance, upkeep, and any new setup work;
*Responsible for the proper functioning of equipment and other facilities;
*Understand the company's overall strategy and, in particular, the cost reduction objectives for general services;
*Ensure the follow-up of service car repairs;
*Ensure the purchase of fuel cards and highway passes.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
*Holder of a Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree equivalent), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
*Ability to manage the performance of the activity within its scope and track indicators.
*Ability to negotiate contractual and promotional purchase conditions.
*Dynamic, rigorous, and easy to communicate with.
