Reporting to ELG, a subsidiary of BRICOMA, your main responsibilities will be:
• Manage all import operations from the placement of the order by the business managers to the delivery: customs formalities, international carriers, shipping companies, banking and transit formalities, supplier/transit agent/carrier/insurance payment orders.
• Ensure a good quality-price ratio while optimizing delivery times.
• Prepare a weekly report for the general management and the sales management.
• Manage and anticipate disputes with various stakeholders and propose preventive and corrective solutions.
• Higher education degree (Bac+3/5) in import/logistics/transport, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in managing imports from A to Z.
• Good command of import procedures.
• Proficiency in English is a considerable asset.
