Job :

Main Tasks:

• Analyze current industrial processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities (programs, machines, tooling, raw materials, etc.).
• Propose and implement technical solutions to reduce production costs and raw material consumption.
• Measure and track the gains generated by the optimization actions implemented.
• Lead the implementation of the new optimization software
• Optimization Software Referent
• Ensure the reliability and integrity of the software data and carry out the necessary updates to maintain its performance.
• Create training materials: user guides, backup procedures, and best practices.
• Act as Key User and be the preferred point of contact for handling issues and supporting users.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the tool and its functionalities.

Software and Tools:

• CATIA
• CNC programming software
• Microsoft Office

 

Required profile :

Education

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machining and precision programming.

Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and performance optimization.
• Ability to persuade and unite operational teams around change projects.
• Good communication and user training skills.
• Proficiency in precision machining industrial environments.
