Job :

Join a major player in the Telecom sector as an Experienced HR Officer H/F. This is a unique opportunity to take a strategic position within a dynamic company where your HR expertise will be valued and actively contribute to its success.

Your main role will be to manage and implement the company's HR strategy, ensuring the development and well-being of employees. You will be a key player in achieving organizational goals through efficient and innovative human resource management.

On a daily basis, your tasks will be varied and stimulating:

  • Develop and monitor recruitment processes to attract the best talent.
  • Manage employee relations, from onboarding to departure.
  • Design and deploy training plans adapted to the company's needs and employee aspirations.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of HR policies regarding compensation, benefits, and performance.
  • Participate in the management of social relations and ensure compliance with labor law.
  • Support managers in team management and skills development.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.

Significant professional experience, ranging from 3 to 10 years, is essential. Successful experience in generalist or specialized HR roles will allow you to quickly find your footing.
