Join our dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector, located in the heart of Rabat. We are looking for an Experienced HR Officer to play a key role in the development of our teams and the management of our human resources.

The main objective is to support management in implementing the HR strategy, ensure a work environment conducive to employee development, and optimize HR processes to support the company's growth.

Your responsibilities will include HR administrative management, personnel management, mass recruitment. You will also be in charge of monitoring employee files, participating in payroll administration, and legal watch. Continuous improvement of HR policies will be an integral part of your role.

Required profile :

For this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel management, or Training.

Professional experience of 3 years in similar roles is essential to succeed in this position.

This role requires excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. You must demonstrate a strong analytical ability, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
