Job :

• - Take charge of tasks related to application support activities for local and international scope
  - Process simple and complex incidents in connection with application support activities
  - Anticipate production incidents and launch corrective actions when an anomaly is detected.
  - Follow up on the resolution of all incidents reported by our clients and ensure the definitive resolution of the incident
  - Fill in applicable reports and send them to the relevant stakeholders
  
  "- Develop activity reports for your hierarchy and the different concerned entities
  - Organize the response to requests and inquiries from the Bank's various entities"
       

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, IT, project management, or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience ideally in the field of monetics, banking, or payment systems.
• Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, V-Cycle, etc.).
• Good communication, organization, and leadership skills
