On behalf of our client operating in the electrical installation sector as our new Import & Logistics Purchasing Officer. Based in the heart of Casablanca, this opportunity places you at the center of our company's strategic operations.
Actively contribute to optimizing procurement costs and the smooth flow of international logistics. Ensure the compliance of import operations and develop strong relationships with external partners.
Your main tasks will include the complete management of import purchases, from supplier prospecting to negotiating conditions, including order tracking and customs clearance. You will also be responsible for organizing and tracking shipments, managing inventory, and coordinating with various logistics providers. Regulatory monitoring and the constant search for process optimization will be an integral part of your daily work.
Required profile :
A Bac +2 level diploma is required, ideally in Management, Accounting, or Finance. Experience in the Electrical sector would be a valued plus.
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years is expected for this position, allowing you to master the subtleties of international purchasing and logistics.
- Manage international purchasing and ensure import tracking.
Manage import operations and the entire logistics chain.
Ensure tracking and coordination with suppliers and freight forwarders.
Ensure compliance with customs and administrative procedures.
Manage operations via the PortNet platform
