Job :

Main Activities

HRIS and Personnel File Management

Personnel File Management:

  • Ensure rigorous and confidential filing of employee administrative files (contracts, hiring documents, etc.).
  • Check new recruit files and follow up on their affiliations (CNSS, insurance, CIMR).
  • Coordinate with the "Personnel Administration" section for the organization of pre-employment medical visits.

Oracle HCM Administration (Key User):

  • Update the Oracle system daily (hires, departures, salary changes, organizational charts, etc.).
  • Manage the time management system (Chronotime): tracking, correcting anomalies and deficiencies, integrating SAP leave, and preparing monthly attendance reporting.

 

Administrative & Social Management

Payroll Master File Update:

  • Enter and check fixed elements (salaries, bonuses, allowances, positions, incentive schemes, etc.) as well as variable elements (days worked, overtime, leave, absences, advances, loans, variable bonuses, back pay…), in accordance with internal procedures and MOAAR.
  • Correct timekeeping and absence management anomalies, then send monthly elements to the Admin & Payroll Supervisor.
  • Prepare and follow up on final settlement (STC) files.

Interface with the Admin & Payroll Supervisor:

  • Ensure follow-up of payments (invoices, payment orders) and social declarations (IR, CNSS, CIMR, insurance).
  • Ensure structured, secure, and confidential archiving of all administrative documents (contracts, bonuses, commissions, loans, medical files, etc.).

Management of administrative requests:

  • Issue attestations and certificates (employment certificate, salary certificate, CNSS statements, visa letters, etc.).
  • Manage the relationship with AFMA: follow up on insurance and health reimbursement files.
  • Manage the granting and follow-up of social loans and salary advances.
  • Prepare IJM, work accident (AT), and maternity declarations.
  • Handle employee complaints.
  • Ensure the monthly processing and follow-up of temporary workers' salaries and administrative files.


Temporary Staff Management

  • Ensure the monthly processing and follow-up of temporary workers' salaries and administrative files.

Required profile :

Education & Professional Experience

  • Master's degree (Bac + 5) in HR Management
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in administrative management and good knowledge of payroll management
