Job :

Main tasks:

Ensure administrative follow-up of sales files.
Check and complete the necessary documents for vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, and accounting departments.
Prepare invoicing and delivery files.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (2-3 years) in management, commerce, or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative or sales administration role is preferred.
Proficiency in office software.
Rigor, organization, and customer service skills.
