Responsibilities
Sales Communication
• Design and deploy local campaigns to promote New Vehicle, After-Sales Service, and Body Shop activities.
• Write advertising content for print, display, email, and social media.
• Create or adapt promotional materials for national campaigns according to dealership needs.
Digital Communication and Social Media
• Manage the dealership's social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and publish content: photos, videos, customer testimonials, news, and sales information.
• Update the website and the brands' local pages.
• Manage local digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Events and Special Operations
• Participate in the organization of on-site events: open days, private test drives, new model launches, etc.
• Ensure communication around events: invitations, follow-ups, and post-event promotion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local media (press, radio, influencers).
• Manage partnerships with local associations, clubs, or businesses.
Monitoring and Reporting
• Monitor the performance of actions taken: dealership traffic, lead generation, digital engagement, etc.
• Propose corrective actions and new initiatives based on the results obtained.
Profile Sought
• Master's degree (Bac +5) minimum in communication, marketing, or digital.
• Experience in a commercial or automotive environment is an asset.
• Good knowledge of the automotive sector or strong interest in the automotive world.
Skills / Qualities
• Good command of visual communication tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Good command of office suite tools (MS Office, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sense of local marketing and customer relations.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams.
• Versatility, creativity, and responsiveness.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and initiative.
• Interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
