Job :

To provide physical and telephone reception for visitors, clients, and employees
To direct visitors and manage access to the premises
To manage the telephone switchboard and handle mail and packages
To ensure the management of meeting rooms and reservations
To maintain the common areas and reception area
To oversee the need for office supplies and consumables
To follow up with external service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, etc.)
To participate in the management of office equipment and supplies
To follow up on internal requests related to general services
To ensure the follow-up of technical interventions and maintenance operations

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac+2) in management, administration, or secretarial studies
A first experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is mandatory

Neat appearance and excellent reception skills
Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude
Organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good oral and written communication skills
