The Human Resources Administration Officer will primarily be involved in the following tasks:
• Administrative management of employee files: creation, updating, and monitoring of files (hiring, contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.)
• Monitoring of employee arrivals and departures: management of departures, onboarding, and updating databases
• Updating HR data and internal tools: ensuring the reliability and consistency of information
• Management of HR documents and archiving: organization, filing, and storage of administrative documents
• Responding to employees' administrative requests: providing administrative support and answering questions
• Support for the HR team: assistance in the daily management of administrative tasks
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Economic Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Rigor, precision, and reliability
• Good interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Service-oriented and team spirit
• Organization and prioritization skills
