As part of the expansion of our presence in the business information market, we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to help increase our sales pipeline and support our growth in the African market.
The Account Manager will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying leads and carrying out prospecting actions to identify new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
Deployment of commercial strategy: Design and implement an action plan aligned with objectives and with macroeconomic and microeconomic trends.
Active prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through calls, professional networks, events, and partnerships.
Needs analysis: Understand the local market's needs in terms of business information and propose suitable solutions.
Promotion of BI solutions: Highlight URBA360 and the "Financial Excellence" quality label as performance and trust drivers.
Follow-up and reporting: Ensure objectives are met, negotiate and finalize contracts, and monitor client satisfaction.
Competitive monitoring: Analyze competitors' actions to adjust the strategy accordingly.
Service quality: Guarantee the achievement of KPIs and optimize the integration of business information.
Required profile :
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B commercial development or business development.
Strong commitment to building lasting client relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to understand client needs and match them with our solutions.
High motivation and perseverance, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
