Job :

Join a renowned bank, at the heart of the dynamic participatory banking sector, as an Account Manager. You will join a passionate team and actively contribute to the growth of the company's client portfolio.

Your main goal will be to develop and manage a portfolio of business clients. You will support these companies in their financing projects, offering them solutions tailored to their needs. You will also need to retain your client portfolio by maintaining a close and trusting relationship.

Your daily tasks will include:

 

- Daily management of your business client portfolio, adopting a relationship profitability approach.

- Developing your portfolio based on a commercial action plan agreed jointly with the business market manager and approved by the commercial director.

- Regularly monitoring and controlling the profitability and commercial performance of your portfolio.

- Structuring financing applications.

- Centralizing and monitoring risks for the overall business portfolio under your charge.

- Ensuring counterparty risk monitoring.

- Maintaining the bank's good brand image.

- Managing partnerships with large companies, SMEs, and VSEs.

- Promoting and developing the Safa akar mihani product and structuring related applications.


Required profile :

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, with a specialization in Banking/Finance Professions.

Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in managing a portfolio of business clients is essential. In-depth knowledge of the Banking/Finance sector.

Knowledge of participatory finance will be an asset.

Key knowledge required:

- Banking regulations,
- Business valuation and risk analysis,
- Analysis of businesses' financing/investment needs,
- Product/service catalog and pricing,
