Job :

Manpower is looking for French-speaking Roadside Assistance Officers for its client.

Main missions:

  • Handle customer calls for roadside assistance and analyze their needs in emergency situations.
  • Coordinate interventions (breakdown, towing, assistance) by mobilizing appropriate service providers.
  • Provide a quick and effective solution while ensuring a quality customer experience.
  • Manage customer files from start to finish, from receiving the request to closing it.
  • Maintain clear and reassuring communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Follow internal procedures and service quality standards.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Excellent command of French (C1 level required - main and disqualifying criterion)
  • Previous experience in a customer relations center
  • Good service orientation and excellent customer relations
  • Communication skills and ability to manage emergency situations
