Job :

We are recruiting French-speaking Roadside Assistance Officers for our client.
 
Your main tasks:
 
  • Answer calls from customers facing roadside assistance emergencies and quickly identify their needs.
  • Organize and coordinate necessary interventions (breakdown service, towing, technical assistance) with partner providers.
  • Ensure quick, effective, and customer-satisfaction-oriented handling.
  • Manage the complete follow-up of cases, from opening to resolving the request.
  • Maintain reassuring and professional contact with customers throughout the incident management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards.

Required profile :

Profile sought:
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (C1 level required – essential criterion).
  • Previous experience in a customer relations center or assistance service is highly desired.
  • Service-oriented, customer-focused, and able to offer a quality experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Responsive, organized, and able to work under pressure.
