Company :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and developing customer relationships with the aim of building loyalty.


Job :

  • Welcome and assist clients (in person, by phone, by email)
  • Identify needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Manage client files (follow-up, reminders, updates)
  • Ensure quality after-sales service
  • Participate in sales activities and promotion of services/products
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to respond effectively to requests

Required profile :

  • 2-3 years of higher education in commerce, management, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in French and Arabic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
  • Ability to manage stress and priorities
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, CRM...)
