Job :

Main tasks: 

- Launch orders in the appropriate financial tool
- Ensure the follow-up of these orders in the various associated workflows (receipts, invoices, consumption)

- Master Excel
- Understand financial concepts such as CAPEX / OPEX / top-up / receipt / invoicing / orders
- French (speak, read, write)
- English (speak, read, write)
- Dynamic person, able to adapt to changes, and respecting professional secrecy.
- Customer-oriented mindset: the operational finance team helps and supports projects and managers

The must-haves: 

- A bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in economics, finance, etc.
