As part of strengthening our Communication team, we are looking for a Junior Communication Officer on a paid fixed-term contract to contribute to our internal communication, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives.

Reporting to the Communication and Human Resources team, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the creation and distribution of internal and external communication content.
• Design and publish content on the company's social media.
• Contribute to recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
• Create visual and written communication materials (posters, newsletters, presentations, digital publications, etc.).
• Participate in the organization and promotion of internal events.
• Monitor digital trends and best practices in communication.
• Track the performance of communication actions and propose recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Communication, Marketing, Digital Communication, or a similar field.
• Recent graduate or with initial experience in communication.
• Excellent writing skills in French; English is a plus.
• Good command of social media and content creation tools.
• Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite tools.
• Creative, organized, and proactive.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
