Job :

Debt Collection:
  • Monitoring and follow-up of intermediate maturities that are overdue and unpaid
  • Updating the progress of collection files on Gecimmo
  • Sending notifications (e-Barkia, bailiffs) and coordinating with courier companies
  • Developing and preparing monitoring reports
  • Contacting notaries to release deposited funds
  • Sorting and archiving files

Credit:

  • Verification of preliminary approvals issued by banking institutions
  • Developing client mapping for projects nearing completion
  • Monitoring and processing credit files
  • Contacting various parties (clients, banks, notaries)
  • Updating the progress of credit files on Gecimmo

Required profile :

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the real estate sector.
