Job :

Our client, a major player in the agri-food sector, is continuing its development and strengthening its Human Resources Department.

In this context, we are looking for an HR Development Officer who will actively contribute to the attraction, integration, and development of talent, while participating in the implementation of the company's HR projects.

Position:

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will participate in the implementation of HR development actions and support the various departments in their recruitment and talent management needs.

Your main missions will include:

  • The development and monitoring of HR development plans.
  • The coordination of internal teams and external partners for HR projects.
  • The identification of recruitment needs and support for managers in their sourcing efforts.
  • The management of relationships with schools, recruitment agencies, and HR partners.
  • Participation in employer branding and HR communication actions.
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Conducting HR studies and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Monitoring HR indicators and producing associated reports.

Required profile :

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management, Management, Business, Work Psychology, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general HR, recruitment, or HR development role.
  • Experience in an industrial or agri-food environment is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills.
