Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing and the management of horse racing games in Morocco.

By its mission, SOREC ensures the supervision of horse racing companies, supports breeding programs as a partner of breeders' associations and ensures the improvement of national equestrian infrastructure.      

In addition, SOREC is engaged in a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and stimulating the horse market.

SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 breeding stations and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations of the kingdom.

Job :

Reporting to the Commercial Department, your main mission will be to prospect, negotiate and promote SOREC's sites and spaces. You will also be responsible for commercial and administrative follow-up of the provision of these sites. As such, your main activities will be:

 Site Management and Development

  • Participate in updating data relating to spaces and infrastructure, under the coordination of the responsible department.
  • Identify development opportunities in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Monitor the condition of the facilities and transmit needs to the technical teams.

Contribution to Commercial Development

  • Support the identification and qualification of potential prospects.
  • Facilitate meetings and visits in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in promotional activities, particularly during professional events.
  • Conduct market analyses that contribute to commercial decisions.

Support for Marketing and Contracting

  • Prepare commercial materials (offers, quotes, files).
  • Contribute to negotiations within the framework of validated commercial strategies.
  • Assist with contracting in close collaboration with the legal and financial teams.


Administrative Follow-up and Reporting

  • Ensure the administrative management of files related to the provision of spaces.
  • Support recovery actions, in liaison with the relevant departments.
  • Provide regular reporting for effective management by the departments involved. 

Required profile :

As a potential candidate:

You have a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Management, Commerce, or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the real estate, management, and marketing of infrastructure sector.

Required skills:

  • Marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques;
  • Good legal knowledge, particularly in urban planning law, construction law, and commercial law;
  • Knowledge of the real estate and infrastructure sector;
  • General understanding of corporate real estate;
  • Strong sense of quality and business orientation;
  • Strong writing, summarizing, and analytical skills;
  • Sense of commitment, adaptability, initiative, and collaboration;
  • Communication skills and interpersonal ease;
  • Responsiveness and team spirit.
