Job :

Your mission is to manage and optimize the recovery of debts from organizations for a portfolio of several health establishments located in the Grand Sud region. You will ensure the security of payments, the improvement of payment times, and the maintenance of quality relationships with the various paying organizations.

  • Ensure the management and follow-up of debt recovery from organizations for all sites within your regional scope.
  • Supervise the follow-up of invoices issued and ensure the proper execution of billing and recovery procedures in the various establishments.
  • Implement and coordinate collection actions with public and private organizations to optimize collection times.
  • Lead and support the administrative teams of the sites in the daily management of recovery files.
  • Process and follow up on complex cases, rejections, and disputes in collaboration with paying organizations and the relevant teams.
  • Negotiate payment terms and establish appropriate action plans for sensitive cases.
  • Produce, analyze, and communicate regional dashboards related to outstanding amounts, payment times, and recovery performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and deploy best practices to harmonize recovery processes across the entire region.
  • Ensure close coordination with site management, accounting teams, and organizational contacts to guarantee optimal debt management.
  • Travel regularly to the various establishments in the region to ensure operational follow-up and support for the teams.

Required profile :

You hold a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, and you have a minimum of 4 years of confirmed experience in organizational recovery, ideally gained in the health or insurance sector, or in a multi-site environment.

Required Skills

  • Mastery of amicable recovery techniques and debt management.
  • Good knowledge of how paying organizations work (CNSS, CNOPS, mutual insurance companies, insurance, and agreements).
  • Experience in managing a multi-site or regional portfolio.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and performance indicator tracking skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and management software, with excellent command of Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong negotiation abilities with diverse contacts.
  • Organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Initiative and ability to support change with field teams.
  • Regional mobility and availability for frequent travel to different sites.
