Job :

Position

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will be involved in the entire recruitment process to support the recruitment needs of the company's various departments.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Gathering needs from managers.
  • Writing and publishing job ads.
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Conducting telephone and in-person interviews.
  • Ensuring candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinating the different stages of the recruitment process.
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives.
  • Updating HR dashboards and reports.

Required profile :

Education

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or equivalent.

Experience

  • First successful experience in recruitment or HR development.

Skills

  • Sourcing and recruitment techniques.
  • Interviewing skills.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Sense of organization.
