As part of the expansion of our Business Unit Supeco, we are looking for a Recruitment Officer.
Main mission:
You will be responsible for recruitments from start to finish, from analyzing the need to integration, in order to attract and select profiles that match the BU's needs, while respecting deadlines, budget, candidate experience, and principles of fairness.
Missions & Responsibilities:
• Gather the need with the manager, clarify the missions, skills, selection criteria, timeline, and conditions of the position, then formalize an appropriate search strategy.
• Write and distribute job ads, use CV databases, social networks, schools, referrals, and direct approaches, and develop targeted talent pools.
• Screen applications, conduct pre-qualifications and interviews, administer relevant assessments, and provide well-founded and objective recommendations.
• Organize interviews with stakeholders, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates and managers.
• Contribute to reference and document checks, prepare job offers, secure acceptances, and transmit a complete file to the HR Administration and onboarding teams.
• Ensure clear and respectful communication, represent the company at events, and contribute to school outreach and employer branding initiatives.
• Keep the ATS/HRIS up to date, track applications, deadlines, sources, costs, and decision reasons, and produce necessary dashboards and alerts.
• Apply confidentiality, fairness, and non-discrimination rules, ensure the reliability of tools and templates, and propose improvements to the recruitment process.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a multi-entity or high-volume environment.
