Join a dynamic company in the Real Estate / Developer / Agency sector, known for its expertise. We are currently looking for an After-Sales Service Officer for our team based in Marrakech. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and ensure the quality of our services.

The main goal of this position is to guarantee an exceptional customer experience after the sale, by effectively managing all requests and complaints. It involves ensuring the follow-up of after-sales cases and maintaining a high level of satisfaction to build customer loyalty.

As an After-Sales Service Officer, your main tasks will include:

  • The daily management of customer requests after the sale.
  • The processing of complaints in accordance with internal procedures.
  • The monitoring of interventions and necessary repairs.
  • Proactive communication with customers on the progress of their cases.
  • Collaboration with various departments (technical, sales) to resolve issues.
  • Keeping customer and after-sales databases up to date.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of after-sales processes.

You will be the key contact between the company and its customers, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution of any problems.


Required profile :

A 2-year post-secondary degree (Bac +2) is required for this position.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is necessary, ideally in sales administration or after-sales service.

To excel in this role, several skills are essential:

  • Excellent listening skills and great empathy towards customers.
  • A strong sense of customer service and problem-solving.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Good organization and ability to manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in standard computer tools (Office suite) and ideally CRM software.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate sector would be a plus.
