Join our dynamic team in the Insurance sector, we are actively looking for versatile talents for the positions: Receptionist, Debt Collection Officer, and Digital Customer Service Officer. based in the city of Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing company and bring your expertise to our development.

The main goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience, retain our existing portfolio, and attract new clients through smooth and professional digital interactions. It's about becoming a true ambassador of our brand.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Manage telephone and digital reception for customers, respond to their information requests, and direct them if necessary.
  • Process requests for information related to insurance contracts, banking products, and financial services.
  • Implement friendly debt collection actions for overdue debts, using a polite and effective approach.
  • Participate in the management of digital customer relations through various channels (email, chat, social media).
  • Update customer files and follow up on operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer relationship management processes.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required:

Significant prior experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the insurance or banking sector, will be a major asset for your application.

Profile sought:

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 necessarily).
  • A very good level of French.
  • Ability to manage task versatility and switch between different tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Rigor and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer relations, insurance, or banking is a serious asset.
