As part of its business development, INGELEC is recruiting a Packaging Officer to join its industrial environment and participate in the design and improvement of its packaging solutions.

Job :

Join a dynamic company in the electricity sector as a Packaging Officer in Casablanca. Your role will be essential in preparing and optimizing our packaging processes, directly contributing to our operational efficiency.

Your main mission will be to ensure the compliance and quality of product packaging, while participating in the continuous improvement of existing methods. You will contribute to the smooth running of logistics operations and to our customers' satisfaction through impeccable packaging.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing packaging solutions suitable for the needs of industrial activity.
• Creating and modifying technical plans and industrial drawings.
• Developing packaging plans and technical files using AutoCAD.
• Participating in defining the dimensions, shapes, and technical characteristics of packaging.
• Ensuring packaging complies with technical and industrial requirements.
• Collaborating with Production, Methods, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics departments.
• Ensuring the update and filing of technical plans and documents.
• Participating in the follow-up of packaging suppliers when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2/Bac +3 level of education is required, ideally in the fields of methods, processes, or industrialization.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar environment is expected. This period should have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of the challenges related to industrial packaging.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of organization and detail. Rigor, the ability to work in a team, and a good understanding of industrial processes will be your major assets. Skills in methodology and process optimization are also appreciated.
