 Born out of a desire to meet the economic, political, and social challenges of Morocco and Africa, the International University of Rabat (IUR) is the first public university with private management under contract with the Moroccan State. With over 8,500 students and continuing education participants, the IUR offers a multidisciplinary training program covering the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Health Sciences, Human and Social Sciences, Management, etc. In terms of continuing education, the IUR supports public and private institutions in strengthening the capacities of their teams with diversified programs of Executive Masters, Bachelor's degrees, and certificates covering sectoral strategies driven by Morocco.

Research and innovation are also a major focus of the University's strategy, which is expressed through academic publications, applied research, and an active R&D policy with nearly 540 patents filed, including 100 internationally, ranking it as the 1st university in Morocco and Africa in terms of patent filings (source OMPIC).

Job :

Scope

The Officer will be responsible for actively contributing to the development of business partnerships and the promotion of Rabat Business School's continuing education programs.

To this end, they will be required to:

  • Develop and maintain the current network of companies.
  • Prospect for new national and international partners and ensure the signing of collaboration and partnership agreements.
  • Organize and coordinate business events: Job Days, company visits, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Contribute to the organization of the school's strategic business committees.
  • Participate in international accreditation processes, in connection with the school's business network.
  • Promote continuing education programs to partner companies.
  • Manage the admission process for candidates to continuing education programs.
  • Ensure the administrative and commercial follow-up of admission files.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects and candidates.
  • Monitor payments and participate in recovery actions.
  • Represent the school at trade shows, forums, and events dedicated to continuing education.
  • Produce regular reporting on corporate, commercial, and development activities.

Required profile :

Behavioral Skills

  • Excellent ability to develop and maintain relationships with companies
  • Very good telephone skills and sales follow-up ability
  • Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented

Operational Skills

  • Good command of office tools; knowledge of a CRM is a plus.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum in commerce, management, or equivalent field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Desired experience in B2B and/or B2C business development, ideally in the training or higher education sector
