Job :

Join our dynamic company in the food industry and seize the opportunity to become our new Development Officer in Casablanca.

This key position will allow you to actively contribute to growth and innovation within our organization.

Your role will involve driving and implementing development strategies aligned with the company's ambitions. You will be essential in bringing our projects to life and optimizing our overall performance.

Your main tasks will include:

• Developing and monitoring strategic development plans.
• Coordinating internal and external teams to achieve objectives.
• Analyzing markets and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and offerings.

You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies and proposing innovative solutions to meet future challenges.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Significant professional experience, ranging from 3 to 5 years, is essential. This experience should have been gained in similar roles or in an environment requiring skills in project management and strategic development.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and synthesis skills, a strong sense of organization, and a high aptitude for communication. Your proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team will be major assets. Proficiency in standard office software is expected, and strong interpersonal skills will be favored.
