Junior HSE Officer - Casablanca

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a recently graduated, motivated Junior HSE Officer eager to develop their skills in a dynamic industrial environment.

Reporting to the HSE Director, you will participate in the deployment and monitoring of the company's Health, Safety, and Environment policy, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk prevention.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in the identification, assessment, and prevention of occupational risks.
• Contribute to the implementation of HSE actions on the ground.
• Raise employee awareness of good practices in safety and environmental matters.
• Participate in conducting audits, inspections, and incident analyses.
• Ensure the monitoring of HSE indicators and the updating of dashboards.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of HSE action plans.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and current regulations.

Required profile :

• Holder of a Master's degree (mandatory) in HSE, QHSE, Industrial Risk Management, or an equivalent field.
• Previous internship experience within an HSE department is required.
• Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work in the field and as part of a team.
