Import / Export Officer - Casablanca

Job :

• Manage and track import and export operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Prepare, check, and archive all documents related to international operations (commercial invoices, analysis reports, certificates of origin, Bills of Lading, customs documents, etc.).
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities.
• Track files until final delivery and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Quality departments.
• Control logistics costs and manage administrative tasks for import/export files.
• Handle discrepancies or disputes related to quality, transport, or billing.
• Update dashboards, databases, and tracking indicators.

Required profile :

Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge of customs procedures and international trade.

Familiarity with Incoterms and international transport operations. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in computer tools, especially Excel and SAGE. Rigor, organization, sense of priority, and ability to work in a team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
