Main Tasks
Reporting to the Human Resources department, you will work on a generalist scope with a focus on employee support and HR administrative follow-up:
• Ensure the administrative management of staff (contracts, HR files, certificates, etc.)
• Participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, CV screening, pre-qualification, interviews)
• Support new hires in their integration (onboarding)
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor law
• Manage the follow-up of absences, leave, and disciplinary files
• Be an HR point of contact for employees and managers
• Contribute to improving the employee experience
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects (engagement, training, internal communication…)
• Ensure HR reporting and dashboard updates
Profile sought
• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• First successful experience in HR (ideally in a contact center or dynamic environment)
• Perfectly bilingual French / English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills, listening skills, and team spirit
• Rigor, organization, and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
