HR Administrative Management:
- Manage employee administrative files (contracts, amendments, absences, leave, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local social legislation (Ivorian and Senegalese)
- Monitor relations with social organizations (CNPS, insurance, etc.)
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead local recruitments (managerial and non-managerial)
- Ensure the integration of new employees
- Guarantee the employee experience from the start
HR Development:
- Deploy Group processes: annual appraisals, training, etc.
- Identify training needs and monitor development plans
- Participate in implementing retention actions
Support for Managers
- Support managers on HR topics (discipline, organization, performance)
- Manage individual situations (conflicts, corrective feedback, etc.)
- Be a close HR contact point
Group HR Culture & Projects
- Communicate and adapt Group HR projects locally
- Contribute to the dissemination of ALH / AH Africa values and culture
Basic Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR, social law, or equivalent
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in general HR
Experience in an international or multi-site environment is a plus
Good command of labor law
Good level of English
