Your tasks:

  • Handle incoming and/or outgoing calls for the Canadian market
  • Support and advise clients professionally
  • Respond to requests (information, assistance, complaints)
  • Ensure thorough follow-up of customer files
  • Guarantee a smooth and high-quality customer experience

Required profile :

  • Perfectly bilingual in French/English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a call center or customer service is preferred
  • Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with computer tools

Work conditions:

  • Availability according to Canadian market hours (shifts possible)
