Join our dynamic team in the Medical Equipment sector as an Experienced Chief Accountant. Based in Abidjan, this strategic position will entrust you with the management and supervision of all the company's financial and accounting activities. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the performance of a growing organization.

Your role will be essential to ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial information. It will involve optimizing accounting processes, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance, and providing accurate financial analyses to inform strategic decisions.

• Supervise and coordinate all daily accounting operations.
• Prepare periodic and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, notes).
• Manage treasury, optimize cash flows, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance of accounting practices with current standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits.
• Advise management on financial and strategic matters.

Required profile :

Your academic background should be strong, ideally with a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher, with a recognized specialization in Management, Accounting, or Finance.

Successful professional experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles is essential. In-depth knowledge of the medical equipment sector would be a major asset.

• Mastery of Ivorian accounting standards (IFRS if applicable) and tax regulations.
• Excellent skills in financial analysis and budget management.
• Strong managerial and leadership abilities.
• Rigor, organization, and autonomy are your key strengths.
• Proficiency in computer tools and specialized accounting software.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present clear reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
