Job :

Missions:

  • To define the need for the creation or maintenance of an organization, a process, a procedure, or a governance body: define the objective, scope, stakeholders, and the provisional work plan.
  • To organize and lead design workshops.
  • To formalize organizational documents and get them approved by stakeholders.
  • To define and monitor the execution of deployment plans for organizational changes.
  • To feed and update the repositories concerned by the changes.
  • To collaborate with the HR department to share organizational changes affecting organizational charts and job descriptions.
     

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role or in organization, transformation, or process improvement.
  • Good command of project management and change management.
  • Rigor, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.
