Job :

Assigned to a Carrefour Hypermarket, your role is to define the conditions for applying the Group's commercial policy within the Textile-Bazaar department.

To do this, your areas of results are:

  • Product assortment monitoring
  • Commercial animation (promotional activities, marketing, etc.)
  • Store asset management
  • Merchandise management
  • Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables, etc.)
  • Team management

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have over 5 years of proven experience as a textile/bazaar store manager or department manager, during which you have developed the following skills:

  • Ability to organize product stock management
  • Ability to monitor and assist in the execution of layout plans
  • Ability to drive performance (reporting) of activities within your scope and monitor indicators
  • Ability to conduct negotiations
  • Ability to adhere to procedures

 

 Customer service orientation, Leadership, Initiative & Reactivity, Interpersonal and communication skills, and Developing others/team management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
