Job :

Your Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of the Information Systems Department, you will be responsible for the availability, performance, and security of the IT equipment for all Group employees.

1. Strategic and Budgetary Management
Define equipment needs (computers, tablets, phones, printers) in line with Group standards and automotive manufacturer requirements.

Develop and monitor the annual investment (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budget.

Conduct feasibility studies for optimizing or outsourcing certain services.

2. Equipment Management and User Support
Manage the complete lifecycle of the hardware (CMDB inventory, assignment, deployment of updates).

Optimize incident and request processing procedures (Service Desk).

Provide Level 2/3 support and ensure SLA (restoration time) compliance.

Develop user guides and organize training sessions in collaboration with the Studies & Development teams.

3. Security and Compliance
Manage access and authorizations according to the Group's security matrices.

Identify and anticipate security risks for the "Workstation" perimeter.

Ensure strict adherence to the Information Systems Security Policy (PSSI).

4. Management and Performance
Supervise and lead a team of support technicians.

Manage the performance of external service providers and suppliers (maintenance, after-sales service).

Implement performance reporting and analysis tools (KPIs).


Required profile :

Profile Sought

Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or Information Systems Management.

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, including a first successful experience in managing a support team.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows environments, ticketing tools (ITSM), park management (CMDB), and ITIL best practices.

Abilities: Budgetary rigor, strong customer service orientation, leadership, and ability to manage urgent situations in a multi-site environment.
