Job :

Reporting to the Organization, Process, and Quality Department, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in the implementation of the Smeia Group's organization and quality manual according to ISO 9001 standard.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards through audits and continuous monitoring, and follow up on the implementation of resulting action plans.
  • Identify risks related to internal processes and manage the Smeia Group's risk management system.
  • Develop specifications for various internal process digitalization projects.
  • Initiate, lead, and monitor projects in collaboration with the Information Systems Department.
  • Monitor and support operational entities in deployment, and provide training and assistance related to solutions implemented for internal process digitalization.

Required profile :

With a higher education degree, from an Engineering school or equivalent, in process management, quality, AMOA, and organization, you have over 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
