Job :

1. General Presentation of the Mission
The Production Manager / Workshop Manager oversees all manufacturing and processing operations
of rebars for reinforced concrete (straightening, cutting, shaping, cage assembly, bending, and welding).

2. Main Missions & Responsibilities
•Management & Animation of Field Teams - Organize, plan, and supervise the daily work of team leaders, operators, setters, and welders. - Manage schedules, monitor attendance, working time, and develop versatility.
•Production Steering & Industrial Performance - Translate manufacturing orders (OF) sent by the Engineering Department into weekly and
daily workload schedules. - Steer key performance indicators - Optimize steel consumption to minimize cutting scrap rate (wire rod and concrete reinforcing bars).
•Machine Park Monitoring & Internal Logistics - Supervise the operation and adjustment of automated equipment; - Coordinate with the Maintenance department for preventive and corrective interventions to ensure maximum
availability of the park. - Ensure continuous supply of raw materials to lines and proper evacuation/storage of shaped rebars
to the shipping area.
•Safety, Quality & Traceability - Enforce safety rules, mandatory use of PPE, and environmental guidelines with zero tolerance. - Guarantee production conformity to technical data sheets, reinforcement plans, and steel certification standards.
-Ensure full traceability of raw material lots from reception to site delivery.

Required profile :

Experience in managing high-speed workshops with just-in-time constraints.
•Particular attention paid to the ability to manage raw material (steel) waste and proficiency in
safety in a metal-industrial environment.
